What you buy
RecallRun sells online courses: lessons, quizzes, project files and a certificate of completion, unlocked on your RecallRun account. There are no physical goods and no subscriptions. Each purchase is a one-time payment for lifetime access to that course (or to every course, for the all-access bundle).
14-day refund
If a course does not work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you will get your money back in full. You do not need to give a reason. Email [email protected] from the address on your RecallRun account, with the course name and, if you have it, the payment or order ID from your receipt.
- We confirm refund requests within 2 business days.
- The money goes back to the original payment method (card, UPI, netbanking, wallet or PayPal). Banks usually show it within 5 to 7 business days after we issue it.
- Once a purchase is refunded, the paid lessons, project files and any certificate for that course are removed from your account.
- After 14 days we do not normally offer refunds, but if something is broken on our side, write to us and we will fix it or refund you.
Cancellation
Because access is delivered straight away, there is nothing to cancel after payment; use the 14-day refund above instead. If a payment fails or you close the payment window before it completes, no order is created and nothing is charged. If you were charged but the course did not unlock, email us with the payment ID and we will unlock it or refund you the same day.
Duplicate or wrong payments
If you pay twice for the same course, or buy a course you already own through the all-access bundle, we refund the extra payment in full. Just let us know.
